Our Program
We offer free consultations for all new clients. After you send us an email inquiring about our services, we will set up a video conference with you and your child to discuss subject needs, learning style, non-academic areas for growth, and scheduling.

After agreeing to continue with our programming, you will be sent a service agreement, to be signed and returned to the office before tutoring can commence
Once a student or client signs up for one of our services, we begin the work immediately. The following outlines the general process:

Once a student signs up, they are matched with a tutor and are sent a welcome package

Students (or their parents) are then sent a calendar invite that includes two links; one for Google Meet, and one for a personalized, Google Jamboard

Students should create a Google account if they don't already have one account before the first session

Students will then use the Google Meet and Jamboard links to access the sessions.​​
Keeping You Informed, Every Step of the Way
We also ensure to provide ongoing feedback/progress updates for parents and students, in whichever form they need, however often they need. Typically, we provide feedback in the following ways:

Informal, verbal feedback - the tutor can give parents and students verbal feedback at the end of a session. This is best used for regular, quick updates.

Formal, written feedback - parents and students can opt in to receive formal feedback forms, filled out by the tutor. These can be sent monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, depending on the program planning

Scheduled phone calls - this type of feedback is best used when parents want to book time to have a chat with the tutor and/or with the office to receive information on something specific (i.e. progress with a specific skill or assignment, adjusting the program, etc.)
